Move With Intent is a cash-based wellness program. Since I will be focusing on fitness, wellness, and coaching, insurance does not cover these services. However, this gives me the freedom to focus on YOUR goals without limitations from your insurance plan.

Move With Intent only provides wellness and coaching sessions. My mission is to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy services and the ongoing support you need to stay active and accountable once therapy ends. I want you to build a lifestyle that includes exercise and wellness while still enjoying your day-to-day life.

Exercise is truly one of the most powerful tools for living well with Parkinson’s. Research shows that consistent movement can help slow the progression of symptoms, improve mobility, boost mood, and lower the risk of other health issues. Exercise is medicine for Parkinson’s, and it can make a meaningful difference in how you feel every day.
